Dr. Dragicia Kopic (University Hospital, Split, Croatia), Dr. Marge Sedensky (University of Washington, Seattle, WA) and Dr. Medge Owen (Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC) have written an article that was recently published in the 2009 International Journal of Obstetric Anesthesia.
